Frosty morning

Ice :  a Thursday Challenge theme
Frost on Eunomys leaves - a small compact shrub, perfect for borders,
whose leaves at best measure about 1cm.

I love your icy eunomys. The frost looks like a lacy edging.

It really doesn't get cold enough down here for me to get the opportunity to take pics like this.

Jonker (Firefly),
you won't believe what a fluke these were .... this past winter although it was cold, it was consistently cold (as opposed to the more regular warm days and cold nights), which means we had a lot less frost, in fact very few occassions of it, which for where we live is unheard of.
This partcialr morning we had some frost and I noticed these white frills on the eunomys shrubs, out with camera, not sure if they'd come out at all ... and was delighted with the few that did .....
Thanks for stopping by

The frost looks so delicate on the leaves...almost like part of the plants natural coloring. Beautiful capture.

Nice, Gena. Looks like something that belongs on the edge of a drink, or maybe on a plate with strawberries, blueberries and a piece of chocolate. Tks for coming by.
