Cosmos

February is normally Cosmos month in South Africa,
a time when all the main roads are abundantly framed by these exquisite blooms.

How beautiful. February is NOT cosmos month here in New England, USA! It is really really cold and snowy month. I can't wait for cosmos!

We don't have much cosmos in our part of the country. I haven't had the opportunity to experience this yet. Not on this scale.

Gorgeous! I have cosmos in my garden - imported, of course. But it doesn't bloom until well into the late summer.

I had some catching up to do here. I'm counting the days till Spring and Summer when we'll get to see flowers again too, this looks so colorful you made me jealous! It's been gloomy and gray here all day!

What a gorgeous glimpse of things to come for us here in the UK - you're brighting up our days for us Gena.

What a glorious photograph!
The sky is held perfectly against the trees and over the meadow.
Did you use a polarizing filter to obtain the blue contrast in the sky?
Whatever you did, the sky 'pops' through the top one third of the photograph and over the meadow that makes me want to lie among the flowers that send such a message of silent beauty.
This is a picture that should be available for all to enjoy.

Lovely display of wild Cosmos, i like these flowers, some of them have a delightful perfume that fills the air all around the plants. Pink ones seem to have the best fragrance.

Just looking at your beautiful picture makes me feel better. I will be so glad when warmer weather comes and the flowers bloom. This is a very pretty scene from your part of the world.
