I am not a great fan of flowers in B&W but your jasmine is quite efective. One of my favorite flowers.
Hello Aileni - thanks for popping by ... I would agree with you as flowers lose a lot of their detail and impact in black and white ...
I think B&W flowers depend on the subject flowers and the vision and skill of the photographer. Your Jasmine has both. The high contrast works quite well here.
When you remove the colors you can see different aspects of the flowers. Some flowers need the color other flowers and compositions blossom in B&W.
